Safety Technician

THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION WITH APPROXIMATE WORK HOURS OF 8:30PM TO 5:30AM.\n\nResponsible for daily tasks associated with the safety department.\nResponsible for maintaining DOT files, safety logs and training files.\nSchedule and provide training as needed.\nAssist with safety training for new hires.\nMaintain and update all SDS books and chemical lists.\nAssist in incident investigations, as well as inspections.

\nProvide leadership and direction regarding safety policies and procedures.\nAll other relevant duties to the job.\n\n SUBMISSION OF A RESUME IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.\nRESUME REQUIRED\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nTechnically proficient with technology and usage of computers and software.\nSome college or technical training preferred.\n
