White Glove Installs is looking for a reliable delivery, installation and service technician to deliver, assemble and relocate fitness equipment to businesses and homes. Good teamwork and communication skills are required to excel in the position.

This opportunity requires driving and working in teams. The ideal candidate for this position is professional, strong, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, driven and has a focus on customer service. Technical Requirements

Deliveries & Installations - Assembling and diagnosing fitness equipment, heavy lifting required

Warehouse - receiving goods, loading trucks, general warehouse organization and maintenance

Perform Preventative Maintenance - cleaning, lubrication & adjustments

Moving Service – relocating or removal & disposal of equipment

Preparation of orders - preassembling, loading & unloading

Receive in-bound shipments of equipment - palletizing, wrapping, loading

Refurbishment - pre-owned equipment cleanup, painting, repairs

Other reasonable tasks

Preventative Maintenance & Repair service - diagnosis, service & parts replacement

Operating gas powered box trucks with lift gate to transport, deliver, and install the equipment to its final location

Additional Requirements Delivery / Installation Technician (Fitness and Exercise Equipment):

Ability to work independently with optimal time management

Ability to read assembly parts diagrams and diagnose technical equipment problems

Ability to take initiative, ownership and prioritize tasks

Ability to communicate and collaborate with customers, sales staff, and equipment manufacturers

Ability to remain professional in terms of dress and interaction at all times while an agent of White Glove Installs

Delivery & mechanical or assembly experience to be considered for this position is required.

Experience working with a team and/or individuals a plus

Minimum Qualifications Delivery / Installation Technician (Fitness and Exercise Equipment):

Mechanically skilled (required)

Experience with the use of common hand tools (required)

Experience with operating a forklift (preferred, not required)

Capable of lifting 150+ lbs. (Bending, lifting, squatting necessary to deliver, set-up and repair fitness equipment in all types of gym-like environments) (required)

Capable of reading & following assembly instructions and schematic diagrams (helpful)

Working knowledge of various basic software programs (preferred, not required)

Dependable, Reliable, Trustworthy, Loyal (required)

Above average Written and Verbal skills (preferred)

Pleasant demeanor and professional presence (required)

Sales Experience (helpful)

General knowledge of fitness and fitness related products (helpful)

Enthusiastic & Energetic (required)

Capability to work independently (preferred)

Clean Ohio Drivers License (required)- minimum of 5 years

Prior moving and assembling experience (required)

Gains a deep understanding of each customers business needs and key performance indicators

Proficiency in verbal and written English.

· Hours of work will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5pm on average but varies by day.

Hours vary depending on work load
