We are a private 18-hole golf course featuring a full-service restaurant, bar and banquet/event facilities, seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team.

Our Kitchen Supports daily restaurant service, rotating specials, themed member events and a variety of banquets and private functions.
Position Overview
The part-time line cook will assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating in accordance with club standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to order with consistency and accuracy
Follow established recipes, portion standards and presentation guidelines
Assist with prep work, station set-up and daily cleaning
Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation and organization
Support kitchen operations during restaurant service, banquets and special events
Communicate effectively with culinary team, Front of house staff and management
Perform additional duties as assigned by Kitchen Management
Qualifications
Prior Line Cook or relevant kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
Reliable, punctual and team oriented
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and some holidays as needed
