Enjoy self-scheduling, cutting-edge equipment, and the chance to make a real impact in a vibrant coastal community.\n\n\nTravel RN Job Details – Fort Walton Beach, FL\n\n Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 – Located along the Emerald Coast, offering beautiful white-sand beaches and abundant outdoor recreation.\n Estimated Weekly Salary: $1860–$2000\n Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse\n Unit: Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab)\n Start Date: October 20, 2025\n End Date: January 19, 2026\n Contract Duration: 13 weeks\n Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday\n Hours per Week: 40\n Call: STEMI call rotation, approximately 10–12 days per month (self-scheduling)\n Facility: 257-bed hospital with 7 holding beds in the Cath Lab\n Technology: GE Innova, Impella; Documentation via MacLab and Meditech\n\n\nCath Lab RN Qualifications\n\n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Florida or compact state\n Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience\n Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)\n Experience with structural heart procedures, IABP, Impella, IFR, FFR preferred\n Proficiency in PCI, PFO, Impella, IABP procedures\n Strong communication and teamwork skills\n Ability to float within Electrophysiology (EP) and Stress Lab departments as needed\n\n\nCath Lab RN Responsibilities\n\n Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures\n Assist with advanced cardiac procedures including TAVR, PFO closure, atherectomy, PCI, R/LHC, Impella/IABP, implants, DCCV, and TEE\n Operate and monitor specialized cardiac equipment (GE Innova, Impella)\n Document patient care accurately using MacLab and Meditech systems\n Participate in STEMI call rotation and respond promptly to emergent cardiac cases\n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards\n Wear hospital-provided surgical scrubs and uphold a professional appearance\n\n\n \n Why Choose Fort Walton Beach, FL?
