Systems Administrator
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. CSA is seeking a systems administrator that will communicate the overall health of Active Directory. As a systems administrator, you will support the maintenance of Windows-based Domain Controllers, DHCP servers, file shares, and other application servers. You'll maintain security controls for Domain Controllers, including IAVM security updates via patch management, provide software updates and upgrades to servers, and workstations, as required.
How Your Role Will Make An Impact:
STIG review, remediation, and mitigation
ACAS network scans as requested and required.
Manage and maintain standardized Organizational Units (OUs) in Active Directory.
Manage and maintain Active Directory custom attributes and security groups.
Manage Active Directory sites and subnets, including site replication.
Monitor Domain Controllers to prevent outages and restore service as quickly as possible, review the properties currently monitored, and make recommendations as needed to provide meaningful alerts for action.
Audit changes to accounts, group policies, and other changes to Active Directory with enterprise auditing tools.
Requirements:
Clearance: Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance.
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 years of relevant experience
General Experience with Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration
Active Security+ certification or qualifying Bachelor's degree
Experience with Windows Server
Experience with security compliance auditing, security practices, or Cybersecurity assessments
Experience with problem detection, resolution, and maintenance on Microsoft Server 2012 R2 and newer
Experience with Active Directory administration, including GPOs, PKI, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell scripting
Ability to configure systems and hardware for compliance standards
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
What Sets You Apart:
Experience with vulnerability analysis
Experience with system administration supporting DoD network systems, including Navy systems
Experience with using command-line interfaces and scripting
Experience with physical and virtual server architecture and network fundamentals
Experience with ACAS, DoD STIG, SCAP, Symantec Altiris, Hyper-V, and Windows utilities
Experience with Cloud Integration
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Engineering
Navy Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Computing Environment Certification
