Execute routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facility systems.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Conduct scheduled inspections to ensure reliability, performance, and safety.
Document maintenance activities, parts used, and repair results with accuracy.
Respond quickly to urgent maintenance calls to minimize downtime.
Partner with teammates to refine maintenance procedures and boost uptime.
Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and regulatory requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.What You’ll Bring
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment (documented in the work history section), or completion of a relevant training program. Experience may be from multiple employers totaling at least 3 years.
Facility policy: This facility does not accept rehires.
Basics: 18+ years of age and able to present valid identification.
Tools & fundamentals: Comfortable using basic hand tools; working knowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
Communication: Able to read and understand work assignments.
Physical demands: Lift up to 50 pounds, climb 120 feet of stairs and ladders up to 60 feet, stand for extended periods, and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.Day-One Benefits and Perks
