Associate Attorney - Family Law

Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, paternity, and domestic violence cases
Handle all aspects of litigation (discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, trials, negotiations)
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure transparency and trust
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, memoranda, settlement agreements, and court documents
Represent clients in court with confidence, professionalism, and empathy
Collaborate with a team of paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case progress
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky Bar
At least 2 years of dedicated Family Law experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Litigation and courtroom experience preferred
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and emotional intelligence
