Warranty Service Coordinator

We are looking for a diligent and focused Warranty Service Coordinator to manage all maintenance and warranty service for our existing customers. Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal customers (homeowners, builders, sales reps) seeking maintenance or warranty service.

Triage & Diagnosis: Answer inbound calls, diagnose product performance issues with windows and doors, and determine the appropriate service plan.

Scheduling & Logistics: Efficiently schedule service technicians to complete assigned tasks and coordinate service events from inception through completion.

Parts & Ordering: Order necessary products and parts, tracking inventory to ensure the successful and timely completion of all service events.

Client Communication: Proactively provide status updates to customers, sales personnel, and management throughout the service process.

Administrative & Financial: Manage customer collections, apply for appropriate credit from Pella Corporation for warranty work, and assist walk-in customers with scheduling and parts needs.

Required Qualifications

Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of project coordination or construction experience is strongly preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to investigate issues, resolve conflict, and prioritize multiple competing demands efficiently.

Soft Skills:

Must be a proactive, self-disciplined, and self-motivated individual.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and follow projects through to completion.

Ability to apply basic concepts of general business math.

Attitude: Must be a team player with a dedication to customer satisfaction and a strong desire for self-growth.
