Role Description This role requires a diligent individual to serve as a Construction Engineer Administrator.

Providing assistance, technical expertise, and project management.

As well as performing cost-estimating tasks and working with the team to accurately forecast the resources, timelines, and budgets required for every project.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in project lifecycle management, ensuring projects are planned and executed efficiently, safely, and within budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities: Project Management & Oversight: Manage, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.Scheduling: Develop, update, and manage project schedules using relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6), monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, progress reports, and material submittals.Coordination: Work with our team, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow and effective communication.Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise, interpret blueprints, and resolve complex engineering issues that arise in the field.Safety & Compliance: Ensure all on-site work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and company policies.Bidding: Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documentation.Quantity Take-offs: Conduct thorough quantity take-offs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor work.Cost Analysis: Analyze and determine unit prices, factoring in direct costs (materials, labor) and indirect costs (overhead, profit, contingency).Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining project quality and functionality.

Qualifications:Engineering Experience: 5-10 YearsEngineering Certification Preferred (International Ok)Spanish Speaking PreferredMost have a working Phone, Laptop, and Car.Ability to interpret and work with Construction Drawings effectivelyExperience in conducting site Inspections to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
