Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Project Manager to lead special projects including tenant improvements, interior renovations, and small ground-up builds. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining budgets and schedules, and ensuring exceptional client communication.

You'll work closely with field teams, design partners, and clients to deliver fast-turn, high-quality results. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments and bring strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive mindset. The Successful Applicant

The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with a focus on interiors, renovations, or special projects. They excel at juggling multiple jobs, coordinating teams, and maintaining client satisfaction under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and strong communication skills are essential. Experience with occupied space renovations or fast-track schedules is a plus.
