Mandatory Requirements:

Malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of $350/hour - REQUIRED

OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC

COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED

MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - REQUIRED

MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED

MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
