Job Description

CT Technologist - Travel - Ohio

Overview

• Facility Setting: Level III Trauma Center, Teaching Facility

• Unit/Department: Radiology

• Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Weekends: Every 3rd Weekend Call: Required

Requirements

• License: OH State License (Compact: No)

• Certs: BLS, ARRT

• Experience: 1 year

• EMR: Epic

• Compliance: Flu Vaccine Required - Medical Exemptions Only

• Locals: Accepted at the same rate

• RTO Policy: Required with submission, must be built into contract

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans including abdomen, brain perfusion, chest, pelvis, and lumbar studies.

• Prepare and administer contrast media as needed for procedures.

• Assist in aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and myelography.

• Maintain accurate patient records and charting in Epic.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and equipment operation.

Notes

• Daily Census: 84

• Equipment: 2 Siemens 128 slice CT scanners

• Special Patient Groups: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics

• Expected to work required holidays as needed.
