Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service

Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner

Communicate professionally with customers, peers and dispatchers

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

Keep up to date with the latest HVAC technology

Present findings and options for repair to customers; provide advice and recommendations as needed/requested

Requirements:

1+ years of HVAC experience

EPA Universal certified

Must have strong communication skills

Strong technical ability

Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
