About the role
This is a hybrid position combining hands-on windscreen fitting with branch management support. Your responsibilities will include:
Windscreen Fitting Duties
Carry out windscreen replacements and chip repairs to manufacturer standards.
Remove and refit glass for a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and specialty vehicles.
Use industry tools and adhesives to ensure safe, high-quality installations.
Diagnose issues and provide expert advice to customers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
Branch Management Duties
Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, and customer service.
Drive team performance and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Assist with inventory control and workflow planning.
About you
You are a skilled technician with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You thrive in a hands-on role while supporting team performance and branch operations.
Key Selection Criteria
Proven experience in windscreen fitting and automotive glass repair.
Strong technical knowledge of tools, adhesives, and safety standards.
Ability to lead and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Current driver’s license and commitment to workplace safety.
