Job Description
A Crestview based client is looking for a collaborative Pediatric Physician to provide care to those under eighteen in a community health center. An ideal candidate values providing equitable and evidence-based care to all patients. The clinic system is large, supportive, and multidisciplinary.
Required Qualifications
Active FL Physician License
Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics
Active DEA certification
CPR certification
Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in children
Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients and families on treatment plans
Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
Supervise NPs and PAs within regulations
Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to policy
