Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and professional GM Office Assistant to support the General Manager in daily administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and experience in the hotel/tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities • Assist the General Manager in day-to-day office operations.

• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.

• Handle internal and external communication professionally.

• Prepare reports, letters, memos, and presentations.

• Coordinate with hotel departments such as Front Office, HR, Sales, and Reservations.

• Maintain files, records, and confidential documents.

• Support Guest Relations and VIP guest coordination when required.

• Follow up on tasks assigned by the GM to various departments.

• Travel with GM for business trip Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Tourism, Business Admin, or related). • 1–3 years of experience in Hotel / Hospitality / Tourism industry.

• Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus). • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT). • Professional attitude, confidentiality, and multitasking ability.
