Customize and implement national brand & trade strategies in alignment with local consumer & customer insights & regional market realities (urban vs rural, channel mix, consumer behaviors).
Monitor and steer local execution through monthly drumbeat and regular market visits, identifying growth levers and ensuring ICP alignment.
