This is your opportunity to inspire the creative direction that defines the Transport for NSW brand.

Manage multi-million-dollar creative programs across a variety of modes such as roads, rail, bus, ferry, light rail, and active transport and vibrancy!

In this role you’ll

Provide strategic leadership and creative direction to our dynamic and passionate Creative Services team at Transport for NSW.

Lead bold ideas from concept to impact by overseeing the execution of creative strategies and direction for digital, social media, campaign, and production initiatives.

Ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs across all media channels, delivered on time and within budget.

Influence and advise key stakeholders across the Communications branch and wider enterprise on creative direction and win endorsement for creative concepts and strategy.

Drive innovation in creative solutions maintaining brand consistency, diverse audience engagement and accessibility standards.

Evaluate the impact of creative campaigns and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Drive a capability uplift across people, processes, workflows and ways of working to strengthen collaboration and enhance how teams engage with Creative Services, ensuring seamless delivery, innovative outcomes and speed to market.

About You

You’re an inspirational creative leader with a proven track record of driving transformation and leading diverse teams through change. Experienced in capability uplift across people, processes, and ways of working, you know how to strengthen engagement with Creative Services and embed best practice to deliver exceptional outcomes. Skilled at empowering talent and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture, you consistently deliver creative solutions aligned with organisational objectives.

Your expertise spans creative strategy, customer-centric communications, and stakeholder engagement at all levels, enabling you to influence outcomes and shape brand direction. With strong project management skills and relevant qualifications, you balance strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring creative output is both visually compelling and strategically impactful.
