CB 30 Parramatta manages commercial banking portfolios with annual turnover between $3m and $30m, serving diverse industries from property to manufacturing and wholesaling. Purpose of the Role

Provide expert credit analysis to support informed lending decisions and seamless transaction execution for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust financial models for Business and Commercial Banking clients

Prepare and present accurate, timely, and decision-ready credit submissions

for new and existing facilities

Monitor portfolio performance through reviews and compliance reporting

Identify and assess risks and opportunities for lending proposals Collaborate with

Relationship Executives and Product Specialists to meet client needs

Ensure data integrity and adherence to risk frameworks

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in credit analysis within commercial or business banking

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

Ability to interpret complex financial statements and assess risk

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative approach with stakeholders across multiple teams

Sound judgement and ability to manage competing priorities
