Guide managers on employee relations and performance issues.
Handle disputes, CCMA cases, grievances, and misconduct.
Develop and implement HR policies, contracts, and procedures.Minimum Requirements:
Diploma/ BCom
7 years experience
Experience dealing with contractors
Union experience
