JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
At least 2 years of experience in team lead
Amendable in a nightshift
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees rule-based decision-making processes and manages transaction operations across various functions such as credit management, order processing, document verification, and cash collection, depending on the contract scope.
Establishes, drives, and monitors operational goals, ensuring service delivery meets defined performance standards through regular tracking and reporting.
Manages daily operations and maintains effective communication with clients and customers to ensure smooth business interactions.
Demonstrates sound judgment by making timely, well-informed decisions that balance action with objective, data-driven insights, supported by experience and intuition.
Supervises the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry and fulfillment.
