What you’ll be doing:
Lead and manage a team of Project Control professionals
Deliver an efficient and effective Project Control service for a complex portfolio of work, across multiple customers
Interface effectively with the Line of Business Contract Owners to agree requirements, manage expectations and resolve issues
Lead the roll out of upcoming toolsets and process changes
Responsible for performance reporting, Integrated Business Planning, demand/supply resource planning and Health & Safety
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
Extensive Project Control knowledge and experience, including Earned Value Management, scheduling and change control
Significant experience in stakeholder leadership, team leadership and team management
Ability to manage a complex portfolio of work, with a number of priorities at any given time
Detailed knowledge of performance reporting, Integrated Business Planning, demand/supply resource planning and Health & Safety
Desirable
Knowledge of Engineering programmes

The team:
The Design, Development, Test & Evaluation (DDT&E) organisation is a 2,4000+ strong engineering organisation delivering Engineering projects and more across multiple aircraft platforms including Typhoon, Tornado, Hawk, F35, FalconWorks and FCAS. There are 5 Centres of Excellence within DDT&E including; Test and Evaluation, Mission and Information Systems, Synthetic Training, Flight Sciences, Advanced Aerostructures enabled by a central operations team.
