Physical Therapist – Gwinnett County Jail (Lawrenceville, GA)

TransPerfect Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care every Tuesday and Thursday at the Gwinnett County Jail in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a co-ed facility, and all therapy sessions are conducted within the infirmary.

Compensation: $85.00/hour

EMR Experience: Net Health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and defined time frames

Prepare and submit clinical documentation and progress summaries based on identified and achieved goals

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure they have the information needed to appropriately evaluate and treat patients

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current Physical Therapy certification and valid Georgia state license
