Contract Migration Specialist

We are looking for a Contract Migration Specialist to help us migrate approximately 500 contracts into our new system. The role involves reviewing, organizing, and accurately entering contract details and related data to ensure a smooth and error-free transition.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.

This is a project-based role for 4 months with the potential for regular employment as a Licensing Specialist based on performance and fit.

Responsibilities

Review and migrate contract data into our Sirion Contract Management software with accuracy and consistency.

Verify and validate information to ensure completeness and compliance.

Maintain proper documentation and tracking of migrated files.

Identify and report discrepancies or issues during the migration process.Collaborate with the licensing and operations teams for data verification and quality checks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with SharePoint and file shares.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
