Your role at Clorox:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for the development/customization of the cluster strategy and plan development and execution for the brands under his/her responsibility. This includes leading business understanding/diagnosis including tracking of key fundamentals, management of key brand/innovation projects together with multi-functional counterparts, A&SP budget management, and providing support to planning and forecasting processes.
CCAM Cluster = Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama, Puerto Rico and CC
In this role, you will:
Analysis and diagnosis of key drivers for the categories under responsibility in the different CCAM countries.
Development, execution and tracking of demand creation plans aligned to brand strategies, working closely with regional Studios and CCAM multi-functional resources as needed.
Implementation of regional innovation/PPA initiatives, and development of local initiatives (as needed) ensuring on time launches and flawless execution.
A&SP budget management: Meet quarterly and yearly investment targets. Ensure timely delivery of accruals, reversals and invoices to F&A.
Actively participate and support business planning processes thought the FY: S&OP, Quarterly Updates, Budget, LRP.

What we look for:
7+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales (FMCG preferred).
3+ years in Brand Management.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Highly adaptable, proactive, and results oriented.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Deep Understanding of the CCAM Region (Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama, Puerto Rico and CC) proven experience of Brand management at least in one of the countries of the cluster.
Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing or equivalent experience.
Fluent English & Spanish (required).
