Job Description

1. Maintains mechanical availability of equipment to insure efficient productivity.

2. Conduct lubrication and servicing of equipment to maintain operation and insure maximum utilization of plant.

3. Insure plant’s equipment is maintained in safe operation condition and in compliance with regulations.

4. Provide for repair of plant equipment to insure productivity. )

5. Should be able to perform basic alignment of equipment after replacement or repair.

Performs other duties as required.

Must be able to rig hoisting and lifting devices for handling parts, equipment in plant.

Familiar with blocking of equipment to provide safe access.

Must be familiar with basics of oxygen acetylene welding and cutting procedures.

Must be familiar with basic electric arc welding and cutting
