Facilities Worker - Adventure Campus

Position: Facilities Worker

Reports to: Operations Director

FLSA: Non-exempt

Job Status: Part-time

General Responsibilities

Perform general, routine custodial duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking paper and soap supplies, cleaning offices and common areas, and emptying trash cans.

Perform tasks centered on setting up and tearing down classrooms, meeting rooms, the courtyard, and the worship center.

Assist with office moves, relocating items, and retrieving supplies from the warehouse.

Assists in maintaining orderliness and appearance of campus and office premises, including classrooms, meeting rooms, storage facilities, and exterior grounds.

Assists in offices and campus security - verifying all outside entrances are secure and locked as directed by the supervisor.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing.

Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Time Commitment

Part-time, up to 20 hours per week, includes evenings, weekends and holidays
