Review drawings, technical reports, and material specifications.
Conduct inspections and ensure structural integrity and quality control.

Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and progress billing.
Monitor expenses and control project costs to avoid overruns.
Approve materials, equipment, and manpower requests.

Leadership & Team Management Lead and supervise engineers, foremen, and workforce on-site.
Delegate tasks and ensure all activities are properly executed.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Client & Stakeholder Communication Maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations.
Handle negotiations, resolve conflicts, and ensure client satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, equipment, and project changes.
Ensure proper turnover and completion of project documents.
