Job Summary:

Critical Access Primary Care clinic LPN with 2 years experience.

Experience in all age groups health care needs, with understanding of basic waived tests, immunizations, and a team player.

Days monday thru Friday 0800-1700.

Must have BLS that does not expire during contract period.

Housing provided. Expect shared housing. No pets.
