Position: Industrial Millwright

Location: Huntington, West Virginia

Pay Rate: $32â $36 per hour (DOE)

Per Diem: $100 per day

Hours: 8â 10 hour shifts, Mondayâ Friday (weekends as needed)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright to join our team in Huntington, WV. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, pipefitting experience, and the ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints. This role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial piping and mechanical systems while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Install and assemble piping systems according to blueprints and specifications

Cut, thread, bend, and weld pipe using proper hand and power tools (FCAW, soldering, etc.)

Test piping systems for leaks and confirm proper operation

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair existing piping and mechanical systems

Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget

Follow all site-specific safety requirements and comply with OSHA regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Millwright, Pipefitter, or similar industrial role

Strong knowledge of pipefitting techniques and mechanical installation

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Proficient in basic math, measurements, and troubleshooting

Excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and work in industrial environments

Valid driverâ s license with a clean driving record

OSHA 10 or higher certification required

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
