We’re seeking a detail-driven Associate Program Manager to support the New Build and Special Projects team.
This role provides critical project management and analytical support across complex, high-profile initiatives — ensuring seamless coordination between shipyard, design, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and track multiple small to mid-size projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Lead and coordinate special projects, acting as the main contact between shipyard and internal teams.
Provide analytical insight, risk identification, and data-driven recommendations to project management.
Support resource planning, workload balancing, and area readiness.
Develop and maintain tracking and reporting tools (including Tableau dashboards). Monitor progress against milestones, create forward-looking projections, and deliver clear, consistent reporting.
Collaborate closely with technical, design, and shipyard teams to ensure flawless delivery.
Define and share best practices across global newbuild projects.
Manage business intelligence coordination between European project offices.
The ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
10–15 years’ experience in business development, analytics, project management, or related functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; confident working in multicultural environments.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiar with AutoCAD and Tableau.
Willingness to be based onsite in Saint-Nazaire, France.
