You’ll be the driving force on the floor, ensuring smooth restaurant service and leading a small front-of-house team. Alongside this, you’ll take a broader operational view — supporting the day-to-day running of the guest experience across the venue, including check-ins, breakfast service, and back-of-house coordination.

Due to the rural location, own transport is essential, and staff accommodation is not available.
