We are seeking experienced Concrete Cutting & Coring Operators to join our team on a multi-year, prevailing wage project. This is a long-term, stable opportunity for skilled professionals—not a training role.

Position Overview

As a Concrete Coring Operator, you’ll perform precision coring, drilling, and cutting to support major construction and renovation projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

Perform concrete cutting, coring, and drilling using core drills, diamond-tipped bits, and saws

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site

Conduct equipment maintenance and report any issues

Document work performed, including hole locations, dimensions, and conditions

Ensure quality control and accuracy of all coring activities

Collaborate with project managers and construction teams

Troubleshoot unexpected challenges or equipment problems

Maintain up-to-date safety training and certifications

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in concrete coring or concrete cutting

Strong understanding of coring, cutting, and drilling techniques

Ability to read and interpret construction plans

Attention to detail and precision

Physical ability to handle heavy tools and equipment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

$41.24/hr – Prevailing Wage
