What you’ll do

Provide technical assistance via phone, chat & email

Troubleshoot and guide users through digital product solutions

Log and track support cases efficiently

Ensure every interaction reflects empathy, clarity & professionalism

️Work schedule: MondayFriday 09:0018:00

Compensation: 19,644 gross/year + up to 500 relocation bonus ️

️ Language: English (native level)

Training: Full onboarding in cloud-based and productivity technologies
