Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to onboard new clients.
Generate and qualify leads, converting prospects into loyal clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or sales, preferably targeting the US market.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, confident, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
