Recruitment Officer - Field Operations

Responsibilities

Visit field locations and communities to identify and recruit suitable candidates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, training centers, and employment agencies.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and field activities.

Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

Male candidate, fluent in both Sinhala and English (Tamil fluency is an added advantage).

Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or field recruitment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

Ability to travel frequently across different regions of Sri Lanka.

Possess a valid driving or riding license and able to work independently in the field.

Energetic, approachable, and results-driven personality.
