Sales Account Manager East Java

Our client is a can packaging manufacturing company, a ChinaJapan joint venture that has operated in Indonesia for more than 50 years and oversees more than 20 active factories across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

Handle corporate sales and account management in a B2B environment.

Demonstrate strong capability in sales management.

Manage and maintain existing clients and key accounts.

Conduct sales calls, client visits, and product or service presentations.

Achieve company sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics/Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably from the packaging manufacturing industry, FMCG sector, or other relevant manufacturing industries.

Proven experience in management, corporate sales, or account management.

Preferably able to speak basic Mandarin or Hokkien. English proficiency is required.

Target oriented, well-organized, and a self-starter.

Familiar with ERP or SAP systems.

Work placement is in Ngoro, East Java.
