Account Manager Korean Market

What You'll Do

Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-language clients, delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships

Manage the full account lifecycle: onboarding, performance tracking, issue resolution, and strategic growth planning

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Analyze client data and market trends, provide insights and recommendations to drive client success and business development

Drive client renewals, upselling opportunities, and ensure overall retention and account profitability

Represent our brand and values in client interactions, maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness

Who You Are

Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) and strong professional proficiency in English

Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role ideally with Korean-speaking clients

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Highly analytical with the ability to understand client data, trends, and drive actionable insights

Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Willing to work onsite in Dubai, UAE and engage directly with global teams and clients
