Remote Master Data Analyst

We're looking for a remote Master Data Analyst with experience managing Vendor, Customer, and Item master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This is a mid-level role where you'll play a key part in keeping our business systems accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Execute the creation, modification, and retirement of Vendor and Customer master data in a timely manner.

Maintain and ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data across business systems.

Serve as the main point of contact between IT and business teams for data-related questions and requests.

Provide training and support to users on data management practices, procedures, and tools.

Create and maintain documentation about master data management, including manuals, templates, and system settings.

Review and process incoming data change requests, and support system migrations or upgrades as needed.

Conduct data quality checks, identify inconsistencies or duplicates, and help implement solutions.

What You'll Need

3+ years of experience managing master data in an ERP environment.

Hands-on experience with Vendor and Customer master data in D365.

Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data modeling principles.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

Preferred: Experience with SAP or Oracle, familiarity with data quality tools, and experience creating documentation or training materials.

This is a remote role starting as a contract with a strong possibility of going permanent. Pay to start is in the $56/hr- $60/hr range.
