Front Desk / Receptionist for busy Ophthalmology office in Placerville

Job Description

Monday thru Friday experience preferred. The ideal candidate is self motivated, dependable, professional and is trained in customer service! You are the first and the last person to assist our patients. This candidate must have excellent communication skills and exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

-Knowledge of Health Insurance

-Computer Literate

-Schedule Appointments

-Collecting Copay, Deductible, Co-Insurance

-Answer Phones

-Capable of multi-tasking (with interruptions)

-Work as a Team Player!
