React / Next.js Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled React / Next.js Developer to join our on-site engineering team. You will build and maintain responsive web applications focusing on performance, scalability, and excellent user experience. The role includes working with backend engineers, building reusable components, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

· Integrate APIs and ensure seamless frontend–backend communication

· Optimize for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

· Build reusable, maintainable UI components and layouts

· Follow best practices for state management, routing, and clean architecture

· Conduct code reviews and help standardize frontend development practices

· Support and guide junior developers in learning React/Next.js

Required Skills & Experience

· 2+ years of professional experience with React and Next.js

· Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

· Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar frameworks

· Familiarity with SSR/SSG and state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or React Query)

· Experience with API integration, authentication flows, and Git-based workflows

· Strong debugging and optimization skills

Nice to Have

· Experience with monorepos (Turborepo, Nx)

· Familiarity with Docker and container-based development

· Exposure to real-time data and micro-frontend concepts
