As Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical activities of the field staff. The clinical supervisor plans, implements and evaluates patients' plan of care for appropriateness to the individual patient's needs.
If yes, then below are some of your major responsibilities.
Assesses and supervises the delivery of home nursing services
Performs home supervisory visits of nursing services delivered by licensed nurses, home health aids and other nursing support staff
Reports changes in the patient's medical or mental condition to the physician and the Clinical Director
Reviews patient's clinical diagnosis, medications, procedures and clinical course We would love to hear from you if :
You have a Nursing license from an accredited school. BSN preferred
You have 5 years experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility.
You have a Valid CPR and Drivers License.
