System Engineer

We (Our Client) are currently on a hunt for a

Senior System Engineer to join their team in New York.

Here are exiting responsibilities..

You should have strong knowledge of VMware technologies such as storage and networking

The job requires strong aptitude with Distributed vSwitches, vMotion/svMotion, SRM, HA, load balancing, and evaluates, researches and strategically improves current DR solutions with recommendations such as Veeam.

You will assist the technology team in developing technical roadmaps for future implementations, and analyzes primarily and Microsoft Windows system environment, focusing on server storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure.

Ability to improve service delivery and participate in improving service offerings and Configure, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a Windows Server environment. We would love to hear from you if :

You have

Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)

You have 3+ years of experience in network architecture and deployment.

Extensive experience with the following storage technologies and protocols:

HBAs, SAN, Fibre Channel, NAS, and CIFS/NFS/iSCSI.

Experience in private cloud computing and Data Center virtualization using VMware ESXi. VCP6-DCV a plus and ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
