Work-Life Balance & Support: Clinic + OR Balance : 22.5 days/week in the OR; roughly 50/50 split between OR and clinic.

Efficient Workflows : Elective cases handled at a nearby dedicated center known for speed and efficiency.

Call Support: Just 34 call shifts/month + 1 weekend every 23 months; trauma colleagues handle most calls.

Call Pay : $1,600 per night Compensation & Benefits: Lucrative Base Salary: Starting salary depending on subspecialty + wRVUs.
