Job Responsibilities
Monitor daily production processes and conduct analyses to improve efficiency
Ensure effective operation of machinery and equipment on the production line; report malfunctions to relevant departments
Develop and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects
Ensure production is carried out in accordance with occupational safety and quality standards
Organize workforce and resources according to the production planTrack and report production data using systems such as SAP or ERP
Prepare production infrastructure for new product launch processes
Interpret technical drawings and documents to contribute to production processes
Take an active role in internal and external audits related to production
Collaborate effectively with engineering and maintenance teams, demonstrating strong teamwork skills
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering fields
Minimum 3 year of experience in production processes (preferably in automotive, white goods, or metal industries)
Proficient in lean manufacturing techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficient in MS Office and preferably SAP/ERP systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Sufficient foreign language skills to understand technical documents in English
Open to continuous improvement with an innovative perspective
