Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Decatur, Illinois.

Position / Specialty: Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Trauma Level: Level II Trauma center (Level II Trauma experience preferred)

Shift: 5x8 Days (09:00 - 17:30)

Schedule Type: Mostly M-F block with every third weekend req'd.

Weekend Requirement: Will work every third weekend (4 weekend shifts per contract).

Float Required: Yes - PT work throughout various units in hospital. Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS.

Years of Experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required

Required Certifications: BLS and state license required (AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted)

Vaccines:

COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required

Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
