As a Recruiter at Planned, you will help build out our teams with the strongest candidates in the market - talent density is baked into our culture. You will source talent, assess their fit, provide them with an amazing candidate experience. You will be recruiting for a wide range of roles from our customer success team to software engineering, and everything in between.

The Role

Partner closely with key internal stakeholders to understand each business function and role

Lead the end to end search process and conduct screening calls

Collaborate with the rest of the recruitment team to develop new sourcing strategies & build a strong talent pipeline for each role

Provide candidates with support and guidance throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience

About You

Experience with end-to-end recruitment and/or sales roles

Entrepreneurial spirit and ‘getting-things-done’ mindset, focused on delivering results

Understanding of high-quality talent - you have high standards

Proven success in a fast-paced startup and/or tech environment
