Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a seamless flow of materials in our warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct manual floor audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Validate scanner data against physical inventory and follow procedures for discrepancies.

Relocate missing items to the designated loss area.

Adapt to shifting priorities and respond to urgent inventory issues promptly.

Maintain consistent and reliable inventory records.

Essential Skills

Experience in warehouse or production environments.

Proficiency in inventory management.

Consistent work history.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in warehouse inventory systems.

Experience in audits, general labor, shipping and receiving.

Skills in picking, order selecting, packing, cycle counts.

Forklift operation and material handling.

Experience using RF scanners.

Work Environment

Day Shift: 7am-5:30pm (Monday to Thursday). Work in a new warehouse equipped with modern technology and tools to ensure efficiency and safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
