Job Description:

We’re seeking motivated customer service and sales representatives to join our growing team! You’ll work from home, assisting customers who are interested in home security and smart home packages.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and online inquiries from potential customers

Provide accurate information about home security options and promotions

Guide customers through ordering and installation scheduling

Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and successful setup
