Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

Minimum Experience: 2 years

Traveler Experience: Not required

Preferred Experience: Neuro background; must pass EKG testing prior to start

Certifications Required:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

ACLS and CPI preferred

Required Clinical Skills:

CVA management

Heparin & insulin protocols

Dysrhythmia interpretation & management

IV care & initiation

Pre/Post neurosurgery care

Telemetry

Wound care / wound vac

Med-Surg & isolation precautions
